Kieffer proposed to Ashley on a trip to Europe and are about as "in love" as any couple can be. For months, she grew her hair out in what Ashley refers to as "the long con" because she knows Kieffer loves her hair short and shaved on the side. When we met to discuss wedding details, she shooed Kieffer away from the table and excitedly told us of her plan to surprise him during their first look. She scheduled a hair cut the day of the wedding, and, as you'll see in the photos, during their first look, she revealed her freshly shorn hair, much to his surprise and approval.
When Ashley walked the aisle and met her groom, he could not help but embrace her before the vows even commenced (we live for moments like this). Their ceremony was pure and personal. They read vows specific to them and their love story, and everyone was emotional after hearing the little things they love about each other and their promises for the future. In fact, every time we have culled their images for blog, advertising, or other promos, we have teared up BECAUSE we remember their ceremony and the closeness they share. This. This is why we do what we do (and love it).
