We are Brooke Rogers and Britney Rhea, and we are so happy you have stopped by our site. BR Photography was founded on the principle that beauty is found in real life, everyday moments. We strive to provide images that showcase that beautiful reality and capture the moments you never want to forget.
Our ideal client believes that photographs are for telling stories. They know that life isn't predictable and that unpredictability can be beautiful. The images that adorn their walls and fill their scrapbooks are ones that capture emotions and experiences, not just stiff smiles. We love tickle fights, forehead kisses, bear hugs, shocking wedding toasts, and eyes filled with tears that can't be held back anymore.
When Britney isn't shooting or editing, she can most often be found visiting family or a friend she hasn't seen for far too long...or watching Bob's Burgers with her cat, Carlile. Her grandmother and mother both passed down a weakness for coffee as well as for collecting coffee mugs, so she is almost always well-caffeinated. She has two incredible, significantly younger siblings who amaze her every day with their senses of humor, talents, ambitions and hearts. They are both on track to leaving their "big" sister with the title of shortest family member, and her attempts at thwarting this inevitability have failed, thus far. Some of Britney's favorite activities include watching old movies, losing herself in the amazing art she finds on Instagram, and doodling in her sketch book. There are still moments when she can't believe she gets to pick up a camera and use it to earn her living, and she is grateful every single day for this reality.

Brooke isn't just great at taking pictures, she's also an amazing mother to two talented, hilarious and all-around fantastic children. She has a penchant for traveling, loves all things comedic, and if a radio station is giving away concert tickets, you can bet she will win them. She has dreamed of being a photographer since she was just a girl growing up in southwest Missouri, and after trying her hand at a couple day jobs, decided to take a leap and do something she was passionate about. When she isn't working, she is usually taking her incredibly involved and active kids to Student Council meetings and band competitions, catching up on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, or devouring a book. A part of Brooke's heart resides in Nicaragua, and she cannot wait to return there someday.
